onPeople are beginning to work on their usual New Year resolutions but how about trying a new kind of resolution? How about improving your eyesight? It can be as easy as eating these foods that help keep your eyes healthy.
1. Carrots-
Carrots have been know to be the super food for eye health.
Beta-carotene is a type of vitamin A that gives carrots that orange hue and that
vitamin helps the retina and other parts of the eye function smoothly. So try incorporating carrots into your daily diet- not only are they
delicious they are beneficial!
2. AVOID high sugar foods-
Eating foods with high sugar can effect your overall health and eating foods filled with sugar and starch may make eyes more vulnerable to age-related macular degeneration (AMD). AMD can cause vision loss, so stay away from the sweets!

3.Greens-
Dark, leafy greens like spinach, kale and collards are good for
improving eye health.
If you prefer to have your greens in a juice or in a salad then there are
many ways to incorporate greens into your diet! Eating foods heavy in antioxidants can improve your vision and will benefit your vision in the long run.
