I'm on the computer at work for a minimum of 7 hrs straight; 2 days a week. I live in the desert Southwest and I've got very dry eyes even when using moisture drops. I bought these to help my eyes because after one day of 7 computer hrs, I feel like I'm blinking over sand. My eyes are red, dry and really hurt. I received these and recently started wearing them. I'm not sure yet but, I think they are actually helping. I'll know better in a few weeks but after the first week, my eyes aren't as painful as normal. I'll see if they continue to improve with time.
