I have used cable temple glass lenses ever since I could afford to buy my own. Durable cable temple frames are harder and harder to find, I bought these for the frames (my third set) and will have corrected photogray lenses, with low cut bifocals installed. They are far and away the best for any Outdoor activity.

I found a similar pair of aviator style glasses with cable temples from Ray-Ban, but those came in gold and black, and I specifically wanted silver. Really glad that I got these!! The cable temples keep the glasses in place when I sweat. They are a great shape and size, and the lenses are perfectly tinted! The cable temples are a bit adjustable so that I was able to bend them to fit a bit tighter. These glasses are large (which is what I wanted), but I am a smaller woman, so I was able to get the large frames that I wanted and also my tighter fit. And they look terrific. They don't feel as fragile as other metal aviators I've considered, probably because the sides are slightly wider than most others (another plus). I'm completely happy with the purchase! The only thing I would change if I could, was that the glasses do not slip easily on and off, but I don't think that's possible with cable temples, and it's a very reasonable trade-off for these.
