If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item(s) with all papers etc, in it's original condition within 30 days for a refund, shipping not included. All returns are subject to a thorough inspection. Please see details below under "Return Instructions" for Return Label guidelines. Merchandise returned totaling $500 or more may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.



EyeSave will credit your credit card account once the items are received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be given. Every credit card has different posting cycles; please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.


Due to the changing nature of our inventory, EyeSave can not accept exchanges. If you have an item that you wish to return for another item, simply return the item to us following the instructions below and then visit our website to purchase the new item that you want. Please note that it may take 10-14 days from receipt of your return to process your refund.

For your convenience, you may print a pre-paid return label directly from our website (instructions below). At this time, this label is only valid for returns from the continental United States. We are currently unable to offer a pre-paid merchandise return label for international orders. If you use this label a return shipping fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund.  If you prefer, you may use any other return shipping method at your own expense (see below).

Should you elect to use your own shipping method to return your order, EyeSave recommends you track your returns so that you may confirm we have received your package. The U.S. Post Office offers delivery confirmation for a nominal fee. Also, you may consider insuring your return. We strongly recommend you use a carrier that provides tracking information. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  All returns sent to us in this manner must include a note with your name, order #, and reason for return.
