If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item(s) with all papers etc, in it's original condition within 30 days for a refund, shipping not included. All returns are subject to a thorough inspection. EyeSave is proud to offer FREE RETURN SHIPPING on domestic orders - please see details below under "Return Instructions" for Return Label guidelines. Merchandise returned totaling $500 or more may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Store Credit:
EyeSave will credit Your Account once the items are received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be given. You can redeem your store credit on any future purchase. Orders must be placed by logging in to Your Account during checkout. Your store credit amount will appear during the checkout process.
Refund to Credit Card:
EyeSave will credit your credit card account once the items are received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be given. Every credit card has different posting cycles; please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.


Due to the changing nature of our inventory, EyeSave can not accept exchanges. If you have an item that you wish to return for another item, simply return the item to our warehouse for store credit and then visit our website to purchase the new item that you want. Please note that it takes 10-14 days from receipt of your return to process your refund.

For your convenience, you may print a pre-paid return label directly from our website (instructions below). At this time, this label is only valid for returns from the continental United States. We are currently unable to offer a pre-paid merchandise return label for international orders. If you use this label and opt for a store credit at EyeSave.com, we will waive the return shipping costs. However, if you use this label and request a refund to your credit card, a return shipping fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund. Please note: Free return shipping is not available for orders placed via Amazon, Sears, or Shop.com. If you prefer, you may use any other return shipping method at your own expense (see below).

helpful advice if you do NOT use our pre-paid return label
Should you elect to use your own shipping method to return your order, EyeSave recommends you track your returns so that you may confirm we have received your package. The U.S. Post Office offers delivery confirmation for a nominal fee. Also, you may consider insuring your return. We strongly recommend you use a carrier that provides tracking information. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  All returns sent to us in this manner must include a note with your name, order #, reason for return, and credit type (store credit or CC refund). Please note: Store credit will be given when no credit type is indicated.

To Print a Pre-Paid Return Label:
1. Log into YOUR ACCOUNT on our website, if you did not set up an account CLICK HERE and enter your order # and email address.
2. Click on the View/Return Orders link.
3. Follow instructions to create and print your pre-paid return label.

If you are returning a gift, we can either refund the credit card that the purchaser used or we can issue you an EyeSave gift certificate code for the amount of the purchase. Simply specify how you want to handle your gift return on your invoice and we will take care of the rest.  Please note: Orders placed via Amazon, Sears, or Shop.com are not eligible for store credits.  Credit will be issued to gift purchaser via Amazon, Sears, or Shop.com.
