Due to the changing nature of our inventory, EyeSave can not accept exchanges. If you have an item that you wish to return for another item, simply return the item to our warehouse for a refund and then visit our website to purchase the new item that you want. Please note that it takes 10-14 days from receipt of your return to process your refund.
