Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. However, if you are only given the option of UPS Ground during checkout it means that this item is on route to us and not available for express shipping. It will still be delivered within the 5 - 10 days as listed. If you need a pair of glasses rushed to you please call our customer service department at 888-821-7283 and we'll be glad to help you find something that is in stock for immediate delivery.
Why don't Aol, Comcast, or Roadrunner customers receive email?
If you have placed an order or contacted us recently but have not yet received a reply your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or e-mail client may be blocking e-mail from EyeSave.com. 90% of the time if you are using a AOL, Comcast or Roadrunner email address, you will not receive emails from EyeSave.com.

Do you charge state sales tax?
We charge sales tax for orders shipped to New York State only.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, you
can purchase gift certificates from $50 to $250. Upon ordering a gift
certificate, an email will be sent to the person you would like to send
the gift certificate to. This email will contain a code that can be
entered during the checkout process on our website.
Do the sunglasses on your website come with cases?
Yes, every pair of sunglasses on our website comes with the original manufacturer's hard case or cloth pouch.
How do I know if the sunglasses will fit?
In general, the shape of your sunglasses should contrast with the shape of your face. For example, square faces look best wearing oval or round sunglasses that soften the angles. In general, small faces look good with smaller styles and especially frames that wrap and are not too wide. Larger faces look best with larger, more oversized frames. If you unsure about your face shape, simply trace around your face from a photograph, and use it as a guideline. See our guide below and find your face shape!
What do the 3 numbers mean with regard to eyeglass frame size?
The 3 numbers represent the eye, bridge and temple length in mm. These
numbers are found on the inside of all eyeglass frames. See chart

Do you do RX lenses?
At this time we do
not do RX lenses for sunglasses. However, we plan on adding this
feature to our website soon. Check back in the near future to see if we
added the RX lens feature!
I returned my merchandise, when will I receive my credit?
EyeSave
will credit your credit card account once the items are received.
Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be given. Every credit card has
different posting cycles; please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your
credit to appear on your statement.

What are POLARIZED sunglasses?
Polarized
sunglasses offer extra protection against glare and harmful ultraviolet
rays. Please see the picture below. With polarized lenses the sun glare
is reduced so you can see the sunny snow covered mountain. Polarized
